Student Life

A student (Also Pupil) is a learner, or someone who attends an educational institution. In some nations, the English term (or its cognate in another language) is reserved for those who attend university, while a schoolchild under the age of eighteen is called a pupil in English (or an equivalent in other languages), although in the United States and in Australia a person enrolled in grades K-6 is often called a student. In its widest use, student is used for anyone who is learning, including mid-career adults who are taking vocational education or returning to university.

The Students in the BNCBSE School have all facilities for their Career. The Staff give proper Guidance to the Students and Encourage them to achieve their goals. At our Academic Block, our bright e - classrooms are complemented by computer and science laboratories. An excellent library stacks thousands of books of academic interest, literature and fiction with room for more. This provides an ideal setting for broadening the child's mental horizon, instilling in him/her the love for reading and learning. Different international languages that are taught will make the children global citizens and the extracurricular and co-curricular activities offered round the clock will make them 'Arise and Shine'.

Arts & Crafts

Painting, Drawing, Sketching, Paper craft and Clay modeling and other forms of art which give a creative expression to abstract ideas also find equal priority with academics.Arts and crafts are fun for children and the young-at-heart. These art & craft activities cover a wide range of subjects for young artists, future artisanal book makers, potential puppeteers, and more.

Students are trained on an array of painting and drawing styles and formats which allows them express their thoughts through the hues of their paintings. Our selection of art projects, DIY (Do it yourself) activities and decoration ideas also provide excellent inspiration for craft ideas for our students.

Sports & Games

There is no doubt about the fact that physical development of a growing child accelerates his or her academic performance too. The CBSE too has taken steps to add extra time for physical activities to combat the problems of childhood obesity. Sports play a very important role in the all-round development of the children.

Yoga has been introduced to improve the mental and physical health of the children. It is amazing to see little children performing so well and with such aplomb. The skill of horse riding is imparted to gain self-confidence, to increase their strength in mind and their competitive spirit.


The Music club which, in addition to training the students in Western and Indian classical Music, trains selected students to take the examinations of the Trinity Guildhall College of Music, London. The Music Department gives highly specialized training in piano, recorder, violin, classical guitar, the trumpet, the euphonium and other wind and wood instruments.

The Music Department is updated and modernized every academic year. The department has its own symphony and concert bands. As a part of extra- curricular and also in regular class, students are taught vocal music with proper pitch and rhythm through a trained music staff.


The Dance Club imparts training in classical as well as folk dances of India. The Western dance is also practiced by the students. The students display their talent during the School day celebrations and every year an award is given to the best dancer.

Dance is the hidden language of the soul. Children are given dance as part of their curriculum so as to have the following impact on them: The opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding of composing, performing and appreciating dance.
